DREAMS

"Dreams are not what we see in sleep, but what does not let us sleep", said Abdul Kalam. He was very right actually. When we are kids, we are often told that we will see dreams only when we sleep. But when we gradually grow up, we realise at a certain point of time that dreams are not really confined to sleep. We are slowly and steadily exposed to another level of dream. We realise that we do not just dream in our sleep but we dream during day too. We aspire to become 'someone' someday. We are eager to be that 'someone' someday. We are eager to be that 'someone'. This eagerness is also a dream. A dream where we live. Yes, we all live in our dreams or may be dream lives in us. Either way, we learn a new way of living. You see, when a person discovers his/her dream, aka which 'someone' they want to become, they become a whole different person. Slowly the idea of dream that we grow up with from childhood slips away.

Dream is like a plant. When we sow thr seeds of our dreams, we have to nurture them with our whole dedication and ofcourse love. The more dedicated we are, the bigger shape our dream takes. From seed to a complete plant  -  definitely it is a long time. "The best view comes after the toughest climb"  -  we have often heard, haven't we!

If we look around, we will find plenty of souls who could not become that 'someone' and it sure hurts a lot. There is hardly any single person who didnot have a 'someone' when they were kids. They are the most broken ones I suppose. Yeah, break up hurts a lot. But do you know the pain when you break up with your own 'someone '? Losing a part of you is the worst feeling ever. I pray no one lose their 'someone'.

Tell me how many among us thrive to be that 'someone'? Pepple keep waiting ams waiting for the perfect time to be that 'someone'. But time waits for none. And in this process, the perfect time never comes and they end up becoming someone else. Guts. It does take guts to reject every other idea and become that 'someone'. So just take up the paint brush, start playing the piano, finish the sketch, learn playing the guiter, cook your favouritr meal, start that YouTube channel,  design that piece of cloth, plant that 'someone' and start nurturing it right now! In our entire lives, how many moments do we really spend being ourselves? May be just a handful.
