Marine ecosystems have uncountable species which have many amazing features that attracted humans towards them . And many have thousands of killer poison stings and other have illuminated properties . Ctenophore is one of them who have bioluminescence properties. Bioluminescence occurs widely in marine vertebrates and invertebrates, as well as in some fungi, microorganisms including some bioluminescent bacteria, and terrestrial arthropods such as fireflies.

Bioluminescence occurs through a chemical reaction that produces light energy within an organism's body. For a reaction to occur, a species must contain Lucifer, a molecule that, when it reacts with oxygen, produces light.Many organisms also produce the catalyst Lucifer’s, which helps to speed up the reaction.
