Citrus food items are those who have been found rich in vitamin C  . Which have good content of vitamin c in them which mainly improves are immunity system. Vitamin C is the main component which develops are immune system. Its always suggested to us to have fruits which have some sour taste so that our body gets some vitamin c and we will be protected from many diseases like scurvy .


They have a bunch of health benefits, from boosting immunity to fighting cancer.

Vitamin C have antioxidant properties which protects us from many infections. It’s water-soluble and found in many fruits and vegetables, including oranges, strawberries, kiwi fruit, bell peppers, broccoli, kale, and spinach.


The recommended daily intake for vitamin C is 75 mg for women and 90 mg for men. Citrus fruits also lowers blood supplies in our body and purification of blood is also facilitated by these fruits .
