When you search for a job, it requires a lot of time and effort. You have your career goals and to find a job of your choice where you can achieve those goals is very difficult. A career is more than a job. Only with hard work, you can achieve your goals and be successful in building a career. There are lots of options in the job market but you need to get the right job and be satisfied with your job and achievements.

Understanding yourself
It is not easy to find a job directly that meets all of your criteria. However, once you have a clearer idea about your abilities, interests, and motivators, it will be much easier to identify which direction you want to move and where to target your job search.
Self-assessment is useful in helping you identify skills and attributes to highlight your CV or when talking to companies. Many people think we need to assess ourselves from time to time, but in reality, many of us do not take the time out to self-assess our skills. SWOT Analysis should be done by an individual, which means strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The questions which can be asked to understand your goals and potentials are:
– What is my vision and mission?
– What are my area of interest?
– What are my best skills and abilities?
– What are the things I hate doing?
– What frightens me the most?
– What kind of work do I tend to avoid?
– What do you consider to be the greatest accomplishment of your life?
– Can I work in a team?
– What are my strengths and weaknesses
