Balasana (Child's Pose) - How to do and its Benefits


Steps-by-Step Guide


1) Sit behind you on a yoga tangle or on the floor.


2) Either keep your knees together or separated.


3) Slowly, twist forward by bringing down your brow to contact the floor, breathing out as you do as such.


4) Keep your arms close by your body. Ensure that your palms are looking up.
