All you need is a power nap



      The natural sleep cycle of humans relaxes the body and provides sufficient energy and conciousness required for the next day. However, due to the busy lifestyle, a vast portion of today's population is sleep deprived. For the ones who face problems such as inadequate or poor quality sleep during night time, have a difficult time keeping themselves fresh and attentive during the day. Napping may not help to cover a sound night's sleep but can definitely make you feel more energized and attentive at the moment.


       A short nap of 20-30 minutes will help you restore your focus and enhance performance. To catch some zzz's assure that the environment is comfortable, dimly lit, less noisy, cool and breezy. Napping too late in the day might affect your sleep patterns during the night. Whereas napping too early might not give you the desired amount of alertness. The observational best time for a power nap is in the afternoon just after the lunch.


      So if you wish to refill your energy, a power nap is all you need !
