This time i will be discussing with you all on the top trending  topic that is "WORK FROM HOME"

Yes it is not something that is dicovered now though demanded more at current stage.But this has been discovered a long time before .

Now let us know what is work from home - 

Work from home or Wfh means an employee working from their house ,apartment,place of residence rather than working from the office .Many firms have work from home policy or remote work policy that allows there employees to work from home either full time or when its most convenient for them.

Now there is a difference in work from home and work at home ??

Yes work at home means work already exists at home like fixing the door or any house related chores whereas work from home means unless one goes and start doing it ,it doesnt exists like freelancing .

So now what is freelancing and who are freelancers?

Here a person works for himself or herself rather than for organisation and they are called as freelancers,nowadays organisation are interested in these freelancers to get there work done such as photographers,etc are in demand now .

So why organisation needed this wfh policy?

1.Flexible work arrangement not just helps employees but also employers .

2.Work from home can help in getting work done easliy at times when there are any problems happening in the country ,state or otheriwse.

3.It  can also be used to enhance productivity ,happiness ,reduce employees attrition and decrease overall organisations operating costs.

4.At the time of emergency say fmaily emergency it can be used to motivate employees to take care of their family and also work from home at their convenience.

 But remember not to misuse it to escape from work .

5.Work from home can allow the employees to minimise distractions and increase the time they can spend focused on projects.

To work from home we have to make sure that we have proper technology ,internet accessibility ,laptops to get the work done .

Top fields that use work from home policy are-

IT ,education and training ,healthcare ,data entry roles ,teachers etc.
