AFTER-HOURS GOT ME CHARGED?

Isn't funny how much you serve for other people, making their businesses rise high and yet your world falls upside down? I know how it feels because I go with the same thing every single day of my life. Working till V hours and on the weekend too trying best to get the promotion and impress the boss. But what are we getting in return 'no acknowledgment.'

Oh, plenty of other things too like no romantic life, no social life, no creative life, no family time and whatnot. What can be the way to get a hold of this situation. I mean I have had enough troubles to get some other person's duck on the row. Time to get mine too? Yes definitely. 

So no extra hours and extra shifts, no staying up late for odd hours to complete office work. No phone calls from the office after 7:00. I amd ready to dress up, get all dolled up and save myself for a frat party. I know I am too old for that now. But my sister invited me so let's give this a shot too.

Worse come worse I'll be thrown out of the party? Well, I'm too pretty for that I'm sure, besides I don't look 26 either. Probably 22? Well, a vague guess to boost my confidence because it's been years that I partied like that. And I'm sure that younf fella is still living inside me somewhere. 

So I picked up my favotited black dress and boots. Time to go. That's my getaway day from work. What's yours?
