What Is addiction ?


Addiction is a term that means compulsive biopsychosocial  disorder characterized by repeated use of drugs, or repetitive engagement in a behavior such as gambling, despite harm to self and others.


Addiction need for and use of a habit-forming substance (like heroin or nicotine), characterized by tolerance and well-defined physiological symptoms upon withdrawal; it has also been used more broadly to refer to compulsive use of a substance known by the user to be . 


But what about one with a desire of giving up and addiction?but that’s not an easy task to be done . Addiction impacts the brain on many levels. The chemical compounds in stimulants, nicotine, opioids, alcohol, and sedatives enter the brain and bloodstream upon use. Once a chemical enters the brain, it can cause people to lose control of their impulses or crave a harmful substance.


 


Many people who develop addictions are surprised at how difficult they find their first attempt at quitting, and end up wondering, Why can't I quit?


 


The good news is that you can quit , although it is a complicated process. There are many factors, physical, mental, emotional, and biological that make quitting difficult.This is why so many people find treatment helps to guide them through the complex process of quitting–although many people are successful quitting on their own. And many takes help of some organisations. But a great well , great desire can help us out to get rid of any kind of addiction. 


Some natural ways to give off addiction are :



  • Spending time with family and friends.

  • Involves yourself in some busy schedule 

  • Try to change your mind setup about your addictive thing 

  • Try some plantation because we see our hard work is giving life in a seed that motivates as a lot that we can survive in all conditions and can over come any situation.
