A GUIDE ON HOW TO START WRITING A JOURNAL.



We tend to keep a lot of things inside our heads, perhaps always forget to write them down for our own future references. All the thoughts and ideas bouncing around our minds can sometimes be overwhelming enough to make us create content worth sharing. In fact sometimes sad enough to move our hearts. For bringing about this little change all we need to do is start writing journals.


Well, for the starters there are N numbers of things to jot down in your journal. These can be a to-do list, dear diary, Writing down your own content in the form of poems, letters, paragraphs, essays, etc. The hopes, dreams, secrets, failures, love, loss, ups and downs. The ideas come and go, feeling passes but to make them a forever memory pen them down.


A great way to make your thoughts organized and clear are to write them down in the journal. Writing is a great exercise for anyone and expressing yourself in a personal place is a wonderful way to stay sane. I still remember noting down the word of the day while practicing and developing good language skills. 


Thus writing a journal has a wide array of advantages, it does not only organizes your thoughts but also helps you to observe, remember and polish your memory. It may enhance and re-establish your personal skills. So you wanna turn your writing into a habit. Think of it as the very first thing to do before going to bed. Write about your day (any specific event). 


Try to decorate it with your own imagination, in this way you'll feel attached to it more than anything, make a schedule and repeat the procedure for good amount of days.
