He is engaged with one of the franchises of Zimbabwe, Mashonaland Eagles as the coach.
Personal life
His son Kyle Jarvis plays for the Zimbabwean national team and regarded as a great pace prospect of Zimbabwe.
Jarvis now runs the Malcolm Lodge Guesthouse in Borrowdale near Harare with his wife Paulette.
International career
In the course of his short Test career Jarvis took over the Test match record for the most wickets in a complete career (11) with all dismissals being caught.
