Kathi Kamen Goldmark was an American writer, columnist, publishing consultant, radio and music producer, songwriter, and musician. Kathi Kamen was born in Brooklyn in New York. Both her parents were photographers, writers, and educators by profession. She attended Antioch College in Yellow Springs, Ohio where she received a B.A. degree and Goddard College in Plainfield, Vermont where she received a Masters degree. She married American author Sam Berry. She died of breast cancer in 2012; she is survived by her Sam Berry, their children, her mother, and her brothers.
