Alter Egoz is a rock band with a high degree of professionalism. The band consists of a highly talented set of musicians who have put in more than 15 years of music individually and collectively. Apart from this they have their own successful careers. The uniqueness of the band lies in its versatility and the talent.
The band was formed in 2001 and is probably one of the few bands from Hyderabad to have a very high success rate as it caters to a wide range of audience with its music. AlterEgoz comprises of dedicated people for whom music is life. Alter Egoz has done to Hyderabad what no band could ever dream of. It has performed virtually in every premium pub in the city, played different genres of music and even promoted a unique concept called RASH - ROCK APPRECIATION SOCIETY HYDERABAD. RASH did what no other city could boast of. It has conducted all night rock music festivals, all from resources pooled in from within the band members.
Alter Egoz is predominantly a classic rock band with heavy influences ranging from the Beatles and Jethrotull to Deep Purple and Rush. AlterEgoz also has its own Original Compositions which are in Hindi as well as English, depending on the need of the song. Alter Egoz’ OCs are based on relevant social themes.
