Rocky Singh is a famous anchor-cum-author and has co-authored Highway on My Plate with co-anchor Mayur Sharma. After the TV Series was followed diligently by zillions for interesting food trivia, fun quotient, the fact that the book would be declared a national bestseller did not come as a surprise.
Rocky Singh was born at the Military Hospital in Jaipur where his father Major Amarjeet Singh Hundal, was serving at that time. Major Amarjeet was killed in the 1971 war. Since he belongs to a military background, taking an active part in wars is not new to his family. Even his grandfather had taken part in World War II in Iraq and Burma.
Rocky loves scuba diving, rafting and rock climbing. He is a national level hockey player, state level soccer player and has boxed for Delhi.
Rocky Singh is married with two kids. Before penning a food guide and hosting the TV series he has the experience of running a restaurant, working with British Airways and finally heading a multinational as the CEO. He is currently in Dubai.
