Philip Reeve is a British illustrator and children’s author. His works include Mortal Engines Quartet (also titled as Hungry City Chronicles), Fever Crumb, Buster Bayliss Series, and Larklight Trilogy. His other works are Isaac Newton and His Apple, Horatio Nelson and His Victory, Here Lies Arthur, No Such Thing As Dragons, and Goblins. His works as an illustrator include Awful Art, Murderous Maths Series, Pantsacadabra!, Urgum the Axeman, and No Such Thing As Dragons.
Philip Reeve was born in Brighton in England. He studied illustration at Cambridgeshire College of Arts and Technology (CCAT - now Anglia Ruskin University) and Brighton Polytechnic (now the University of Brighton). His book Goblins has been shortlisted for a Roald Dahl Funny Prize.
