Jill Biden is an American educator and writer. She is the wife of Joe Bidden who is the current Vice President of the U.S. She was born in Hammonton, New Jersey as Jill Tracy Jacobs and grew up in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania. She attended the University of Delaware and completed a Bachelors Degree. She moved on to the West Chester University and Villanova University where she completed her Masters Degrees. She completed a PhD from the University of Delaware. She married Joe Bidden in 1977.
