William Jefferson "Bill" Clinton popularly known as Bill Clinton is an American politician who has also been the 42nd President of the U.S. He is also a writer whose writings include Between Hope and History, My Life, Giving: How Each of Us Can Change the World, and Back to Work: Why We Need Smart Government for a Strong Economy. He was born in 1946 at Hope in Arkansas. He was born to William Jefferson Blythe, Jr. and Virginia Dell Cassidy. William Jefferson Blythe, Jr. died soon after Clinton’s birth and his mother remarried. She married Roger Clinton, Sr.

Clinton attended the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. where he received a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service (B.S.) degree. Thereafter he interned for Senator J. William Fulbright. He went to University College, Oxford on a Rhodes Scholarship where he studied Philosophy, Politics, and Economics. After his studies at Oxford, he attended Yale Law School where he received a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. He began to date Hilary Clinton at Yale. Post Yale, he became a professor at the University of Arkansas. He became the governor of Arkansas in 1978. He became the President of the U.S. in 1993.

Post presidency, Clinton has traveled to various parts of the globe on diplomatic missions.
