Biography

Parineeta Borthakur was born in Diphu, but grew up in Duliajan, Assam. She has done her high secondary education from Cotton College and later on shifted to Mumbai for her graduation from Sophia College, and masters from Mumbai University. Borthakur's parents wanted to see her as singer. She started singing and performing her songs from assam for events and local movies. With time she understood her way into acting along with studies she have managed to step into entertainment industry. Borthakur got married in Mumbai to Gautam Chakrabortty.^[4]
