Sabbir Khan is a talented film director who has assisted renowned film makers. Being a musician’s grandson and a poet’s son, Sabbir grew up with a deep passion for the performing arts. He started working in Bollywood as an assistant director assisting the likes of Mahesh Bhatt and David Dhawan with films like Dastak, Mujhse Shaadi Karogi and Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya. Apart from this, Sabbir also started directing music videos.
Sabbir started his debut directorial venture when Sajid Nadiadwala read his screenplay for Kambakht Ishq. Sajid was so impressed with Sabbir that he decided to make the film under Sabbir’s direction only. Sabbir started shooting for the film which has Akshay Kumar and Kareena Kapoor as the lead characters. The big budget film boasts of some exciting locations, strong performances and amazing direction.
