Mihir Joshi also known to his radio fans as “Musicman” Mihir has been a radio jockey in Mumbai for over 5 years.He started off with FM Rainbow and ended his radio career a little while ago with Radio One.In this while he has anchored and emceed tons of shows and events, freelanced for various newspapers and magazines, anchored news for Sky News UK during the 26-11 attacks, acted in an Australian TV show, started his own online music magazine and worked in the music industry as well. He has started the first of it’s kind online music show on his website www.musicmanmihir.in and he is now looking at making a move into television as well.
But if you ask him what the one thing he loves most is, he’ll tell you that it is singing and performing live in front of a crowd.
He has been the singer for a rock band called The Works but he is now also working with various artists on his solo project MJAY. This project will have Mihir collaborating with various musicians and Hard Rock Café India’s head DJ, DJ Roane.
He says that this is an exciting new sound and direction for him and he’s looking forward to writing many songs in this new avatar and he hopes that you will really love them all!
