<p><strong>Dhwani</strong> is a fusion band from the suburbs of Mumbai. Dhwani has all the required elements of a promising fusion band with a strong classical and rock blend. </p> <p>They believe their music has the potential to invoke all emotions from any living soul. They try not to bind their music to any dogmas and preconceptions about music. Instead, they let it take its own natural course. <br /><br />It&rsquo;s a five piece band with Mayuresh (Guitars / Bass), Tushar (Tabla / percussion), Aalok (Vocals), Bipin (Guitars) and Ganesh (Drums / Percussion). <br />&nbsp;<br />Dhwani means Sound, something that emanates from various sources, natural or manmade. These sounds when arranged in patterns turn into songs or shall we say 'a way of life' for the musically inclined minds. This music group strives to create these sounds from what ever little they know and understand of this unique gift of Mother Nature to the mankind. <br />&nbsp;<br />Dhwani has been composing for background scores of short films, jingles, ballets and various drama theater projects for past few years.<br />&nbsp;<br />They are highly influenced by classical and Rock / jazz music. <br />&nbsp;<br />The lead singer, Aalok is a trained and performing classical singer who has joined hands with the other members of Dhwani to make their music connect with the TG of the digital space, the youth.</p>
