The band began its journey in 2007 and has traveled a long way with numerous obstacles and is prepared to carry on its journey. The sound of the band has been gifted by the variable influences of each of the members.
Chronic Xorn’s sound is a blend of Metalcore and Melodic Death Metal and is unique in its own rights. The odd mix of brutal and melody have brought in larger audience where ever the band has played.Lots of listeners and music lovers, who were not aware of the kind of music played by Chronic Xorn, came to know about the band in October 2009 when they were featured in the Headbangers India. They were the first English METAL Band from Kolkata who made their presence in Global Metal Circuit.
Chronic Xorn has played at the pre-party of Summer Storm Festival in 2010 supporting Nothnegal, Concert - headlined by LAMB OF GOD. In April 2010, Chronic Xorn was signed by SIX INCH NAILS RECORDS, India and released their debut album “DEATH.DESTRUCTION.SERMON” on May 14, 2010.
