The band Bridge is a six piece Rock, Metal, Instrumental band based out of Bangalore, India comprising five people working in the IT Industry. The band sticks to the glorious traditions of Classic Rock and Classic Metal in a music scene dominated by heavy metal and death metal outfits.
The sounds of the band are clean and precise with more focus on "audible clean" vocals and guitar licks and riffs with hard hitting lyrics. The original compositions of the band reflects the band philosophy to the core and are simple and easily identifiable. The band has been influenced by the 80s glam rock, 60s and 70s classic rock as well as 90s alternative/ grunge.
The band has been performing in the Bangalore Rock music scene from a year now and featured in IIMB B-SCHOOL OF ROCK,Winners at the battle of bands at NMIT, electric band battle at KSIT , Saturday jam ..Flying Machine Promos,Indigo nation Rockfest, KF Oktoberfest, Yamaha Roxx, College fests like in CMRIT ,PESIT PESSE and the monthly Sunday Jams.
Individual members of the band have been associated with various other side projects and other bands as well performing in various corporate events. The current lineup of the band is Mikee on vox, Chala on drums, Nitin on the bass and backing vocals, Danny on keys and VJ on the lead guitar, backing vocals and main composer.
